History: Rising Stars Football Club was established in June 2020, Founder Members are Mongezi Khatshiwe, Xolile Mandla, Manelisi Mdwekeshe and Khaya Nyodi.

The club is under the Foundation known as Kwanomzamo Sport Foundation, which was founded by Mongezi Norman Khatshiwe.

The Foundation is registered as an NPO. Rising Stars Football Club is funded by the Foundation in terms of transportation, catering of players, joining tournaments, playing kit.
